Abstract

This research is a qualitative study which aims to determine the learning styles of class V students at SD Negeri 41 Bontotene. The main problem of this research is what students' learning styles are in terms of Visual, Auditory and Kinesthetic learning styles. The subjects in this research were 24 fifth grade students. Data collection used interview instruments and learning style questionnaires. Data analysis through the data reduction stage, data presentation stage, and conclusions. The results of the research show that every fifthgrade student at SD Negeri 41 Bontotene has a tendency towards one of the visual, auditory or kinesthetic learning styles. The majority of students have a tendency towards a visual learning style with details of 24 students, as many as 15 or 62.5% have a tendency towards a visual learning style which is characterized by being easier to remember what they see than what they hear, 6 students or 25% have a tendency towards an auditory learning style which is characterized as being easier. disturbed by noise, and 3 students or 12.5% have a tendency towards a kinesthetic learning style characterized by liking group work and practical work.
