PENERAPAN MODEL PENGEMBANGAN MORAL KOGNITIF UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR DAN KARAKTER BERGOTONG ROYONG

This research aims to solve and resolve the problem of the low level of PPKn learning outcomes and the cooperative character of class IV students at SDN 26 Tamanroja. This researcher uses a cognitive moral development model. The application of this model aims for students to be actively involved in the learning process and to instill the character of working together with fellow students. The main problem of this research is: learning outcomes in Civics subjects are still low and the cooperative character of students in class IV is still low. This research was conducted on 28 research subjects who were class IV students at SDN 26 Tamanroja. Data collection using observation, documentation and learning outcomes test data. Data analysis with student abilities obtained through learning outcomes tests. The results of the research show that: (1) the PPKn learning results of class IV students at SDN 26 Tamanroja before being given questions on the mutual cooperation lifestyle ability test were in the sufficient category and the character was still lacking, (2) the mutual cooperation lifestyle pattern and PPKn learning results of class IV students experienced an increase after being given test questions with a cognitive moral development learning model and the habit of doing mutual cooperation with a percentage of 90% which was in the very good category.
