Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil kompetensi kepribadian konselor sekolah di Pekanbaru dan Surakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dibandingkan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan tingkat kompetensi antara dua daerah tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi kepribadian konselor sekolah di Pekanbaru dan Surakarta sudah memiliki kompetensi kepribadian yang sesuai dengan standar yang ditetapkan. Hasil uji Mann-Whitney U juga menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan tingkat kompetensi kepribadian antara konselor sekolah di Pekanbaru dan Surakarta.
