Program Konseling Sebaya Sebagai Model Bantuan Masalah Psikologis Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah program konseling sebaya antar siswa SMA sederajat yang dapat digunakan secara efektif setelah memenuhi tahapan penilaian produk yang dibutuhkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian pengembangan. Kegiatan pengembangan terutama didasarkan pada alur kerja dan tahapan yang dipakai dalam pengembangan teknologi pendidikan dikombinasi dengan beberapa pendekatan dan jenis penelitian dan evaluasi. Tahapan umum pengembangan menggunakan langkah-langkah dalam model Courseware Development Process (model CDP). Dalam rangka implementasi kegiatan penelitian, keenam fase pengembangan yang ada dalam Model CDP dikelompokkan ke dalam tiga tahapan kegiatan utama, analisis kebutuhan, perancangan dan penyusunan prototipe, serta validasi model. Subjek dalam penelitian ini meliputi pihak-pihak yang diharapkan memberikan informasi penilaian produk yang meliputi: (1) informan analisis kebutuhan lapangan yang meliputi siswa dan guru Bimbingan Konseling (BK) (2) ahli dalam bidang konseling (expert judge) (3) subjek target pengguna yang meliputi siswa SMA, dan (4) target calon penerima manfaat yaitu siswa pada satuan pendidikan yang sesuai dengan level produk. Setelah produk dikembangkan dilakukan penilaian kualitas produk dengan analisis pakar yang dihasilkan kategori tinggi nilai (85,83) untuk aspek isi, nilai kategori tinggi (88,75) untuk Aspek Bahasa dan Tampilan, serta kriteria tinggi (88,75) untuk aspek utilitas dan kelayakan. Dengan data tersebut maka model KOSAS yang dikembangkan untuk mengakomodir konseling sebaya siswa SMA sederajat layak dimanfaatkan oleh satuan Pendidikan.
