Penerapan Teknik Reframing Untuk Mereduksi Tingkat Kejenuhan Belajar Siswa

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Gambaran masalah kejenuhan belajar  siswa di SMA Negeri 12 Makassar. (2) Metode penerapan teknik reframing untuk mengurangi masalah kejenuhan belajar  siswa di SMA Negeri 12 Makassar. (3) efektivitas peneraan teknik reframing untuk mengurangi kejenuhan belajar di SMA Negeri 12 Makassar. Jenis pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperiment dengan pola quasi eksperimental design. Bentuk desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah nonequivalent control group design. Adapun populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPA 1, XI IPA 2 , XI IPA 6 dan XI IPS 1 di SMA Negeri 12 Makassar sebanyak 48 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan proporsional random sampling. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 24 responden yang terbagi menjadi dua, yaitu 12 responden untuk kelompok eksperimen dan 12 responden untuk kontrol yang memiliki skor skala kejenuhan belajar kategori tinggi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif dan statistik parametrik dengan perhitungan uji paired sampel t test menggunakan program SPSSVersi25.0 for windows. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian sebelum dan sesudah pemberian perlakuan, diperoleh hasil perhitungan uji hipotesis dengan nilai Asymp Sig = 0,000< 𛼠= 0,05 menunjukkan H0 ditolak maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan konseling kelompok dengan teknik reframing dengan metode penokohan nyata (live model)  dapat mengurangi kejenuhan belajar  siswa di SMA Negeri 12 Makassar

Abstract: Â This research is quantitative research with an experimental method thatis motivated by the problem of learning boredom experienced by students with symptoms that arise such as feeling bored following online learning, difficulty concentrating, and loss of learning motivation. This study aims to determine: (1) An Overview of students' online learning boredom problems in SMA Negeri 12 Makassar. (2) The method of applying Reframing Techniques to reduce the problem of student online learning boredom at SMA Negeri 12 Makassar. (3) effectiveness application of Reframing Techniques to decrease the boredom of online learning at SMA Negeri 12 Makassar. The type of approach in this study uses the method experiment with a quasi-experimental design pattern. The shape of the design used in this study is a nonequivalent control group design.The population of this study was students of class XI IPA 1, XI IPA 2, XI IPA 6,and XI IPS 1 at SMA Negeri 12 Makassar as many as 48 students. retrieval technique The sample of this study used proportional random sampling. The number ofsamples in this study was 24 respondents which were divided into two, namely:12 respondents for the experimental group and 12 respondents for controls who had a high category score on the online learning boredom scale. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics and parametric statistics with the calculation of the paired-samplet-test using the SPSS Version 25.0 program for windows. Based on the results of the research before and after the treatment,the results of the calculation of the hypothesis test with the value of Asymp Sig = 0.000 < = 0.05 shows H0 is rejected, it can be concluded that the application of the counseling group with Reframing Techniques with real characterization method (live model) can reduce student online learning boredom at SMA Negeri 12 Makassar
