Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan permasalahan yang muncul pada siswa MAN 1 Gresik yaitu kejenuhan belajar siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini agar mengetahui efektivitas konseling kelompok dengan teknik relaksasi untuk mengatasi kejenuhan belajar siswa. Penedekatan penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan jenis rancangan pre-eksperimental One Group pre-test post-test design. Subjek penelitian ini sebanya 5 siswa dari kelas X IPS 1 dan X IPS 2 yang memiliki permasalahan kejenuhan belajar. Pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala pengukuran, yaitu skala likert. Teknik analisis yang di gunakan dengan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil analisis data perhitungan di peroleh asymp. Sig.= 0, 042 oleh karena nilai Asymp. Sig. (0, 042) < (0,05) artinya layanan konseling kelompok dengan Teknik relaksasi efektif untuk mengatasi kejenuhan belajar siswa
