Efektivitas Konseling Kelompok Online Pendekatan Solution-Focused Untuk Meningkatkan Humility Pada Siswa

Abstract

Permasalahan kurangnya rasa menghargai dan menghormati antara satu dengan yang lain seringkali ditunjukkan dengan rendahnya humility. Konselor sekolah perlu melakukan pengembangan karakter humility karena sebagai pengembangan virtue lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji keefektifan konseling kelompok online pendekatan solution-focused untuk meningkatkan humility pada siswa. Penelitian eksperimen ini menggunakan desain pretest posttest control group desain dengan melibatkan 16 siswa SMA dengan rentang usia 14 – 16 tahun. Untuk mengukur humility peneliti menggunakan humility scale yang diadaptasi dari Elliot (2010) sejumlah 32 item dengan reliabilitas 0.901. Pelaksanaan konseling kelompok dilakukan secara online dengan sistem sinkron untuk konseling menggunakan video dan penyelesaian worksheet dilakukan dengan sistem asinkron. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelompok solution-focused saat T1-T2 (t = 13.48; p = 0.01) dan T1-T3 (t =12.86, p = 0.01), namun, tidak mengalami perbedaan skor saat T2-T3 (t = -2.296, p = 0.06) dikarenakan p > 0.05. Jika dilakukan perbandingan antara kelompok solution-focused  dan kelompok control diperoleh (MD = 9.5; SE = 1.55; p = 0.01) artinya adanya perbedaan perubahan rerata kenaikan humility secara signifikan lebih besar pda kelompok solution-focused dengan p < 0.05. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa konseling kelompok online pendekatan solution-focused efektif meningkatkan humility, dan kelompok solution focused memiliki perubahan peningkatkan humility lebih besar jika dibandingkan dengan kelompok control.
