Teknik Sosiodrama Untuk Meningkatkan Keterampilan Sosial Pada Siswa SMA

Abstrak

Penelitian didasarkan pada keterampilan sosial siswa kelas X SMA Insan Cendekia yang cukup rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan sosial siswa kelas X SMA Insan Cendekia melalui teknik sosiodrama.  Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian tindakan (action research). Jenis tindakan yang dilakukan adalah teknik sosiodrama. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah skala dan observasi. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan skala keterampilan sosial dan pedoman observasi. Analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sosiodrama dapat meningkatkan keterampilan sosial siswa kelas X SMA Insan Cendekia. Pra tindakan yang dilakukan dengan menyebarkan skala diperoleh data, keterampilan sosial para siswa masih rendah dengan skor rata-rata pre test 116,38. Pada sosiodrama pertama skor rata-rata post test I siswa meningkat menjadi 135,18 pada kategori sedang. Pada sosiodrama kedua skor rata-rata post test II siswa meningkat menjadi 161,68 pada kategori tinggi namun belum mencapai target. Pada sosiodrama ketiga skor rata-rata post test III siswa meningkat menjadi 174,28 pada kategori tinggi dan sudah mencapai target. Hasil tersebut juga diperkuat dengan observasi terhadap subyek yang menunjukkan adanya keterampilan sosial yang meningkat dari pre-test yang ditunjukkan dengan siswa mampu menyatakan pendapat secara lantang, dapat memanajemen emosi dengan baik, mampu bergaul dengan semua teman, serta dapat berperilaku asertif.
