Pelatihan dan Pendampingan Asesmen Adaptabilitas Karir Peserta Didik Berbasis Computer Assisted Testing sebagai Dasar Pengembangan Program Bimbingan dan Konseling Karir di Sekolah Menengah Pertama

Abstract

Kajian teoretis dan fakta empiris menunjukkan tentang pentingnya adaptabilitas karir peserta didik di era revolusi industri 4.0. Namun, kajian tentang asesmen adaptabilitas karir peserta didik Sekolah Menengah Pertama masih terbatas. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pelatihan dan pendampingan asesmen adaptabilitas karir peserta didik Sekolah Menengah Pertama berbasis computer assisted testing. Pengabdian masyarakat menggunakan scientist-practitioner model dengan melibatkan 48 orang peserta didik, 1 guru bimbingan dan konseling, dan 1 wakil kepala sekolah SMP YWKA 2 dan Trisula Perwari 3 Jakarta. Data diukur menggunakan Career Adapt-Abilities Scale-Short Form dan dianalisis menggunakan rata-rata dan simpangan baku. Secara operasional, analisis data menggunakan Rash Model 3.75.0 dan SPSS v. 25.0. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan dan pendampingan asesmen adaptabilitas karir dapat memfasilitasi peserta didik dan guru bmbingan dan konseling memahami profil adaptabilitas karir dirinya. Adaptabilitas karir peserta didik SMP cenderung berada pada katgori tinggi, baik secara keseluruhan maupun dimensi keyakinan, kepedulian, dan keingintahuan, namun cenderung rendah pada dimensi pengendalian karir. Hasil ini dapat dijadikan baseline pengembangan program bimbingan dan konseling karir/peminatan untuk meningkatkan adaptabilitas karir peserta didik SMP.
