ANALISIS TINGKAT LITERASI MATEMATIKA SISWA DALAM MENYELESAIKAN SOAL PELUANG

Literasi matematika sebagai keahlian siswa dalam melakukan interpretasi serta membuat rumusan permasalahan matematika dalam berbagai konteks. Siswa-siswi Indonesia dalam mencapai literasi matematika masih dikatakan rendah, hal tersebut didasarkan pada data asesmen PISA yang diperoleh setiap periodenya. Di SMK Batik 2 Surakarta, peneliti ingin meneliti kemampuan siswa dalam menyelesaikan situasi peluang secara matematis. Penelitian kualitatif deskriptif ini menggunakan siswa kelas XII OTKP SMK Batik 2 Surakarta dengan tingkat literasi matematika tinggi, sedang, dan rendah sebagai subjek penelitian. Peneliti menggunakan teknik wawancara saat melakukan validasi soal ujian. Reduksi data, visualisasi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan merupakan bagian dari analisis teknis yang dilakukan setelah pengumpulan data. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian, Siswa dengan tingkat literasi tinggi mampu memahami kelima indikator kemampuan literasi matematika pada soal pertama dan kedua, tetapi hanya tiga indikator pada soal ketiga. Siswa dengan tingkat kemampuan literasi matematis sedang mampu memahami kelima indikator pada soal pertama, tetapi hanya satu indikator pada soal kedua dan tiga indikator pada soal ketiga. Siswa dengan kemampuan literasi matematis rendah hanya mampu menguasai dua indikator pada soal kedua meskipun menguasai tiga indikator pada soal pertama dan ketiga.
